If you fish big waters, long range or run baiting campaigns, GPS and sonar are a game changing upgrade for saving spots, reading depth and mapping features.
Electric motors are much quieter than rowing or constant casting; if you keep speeds sensible and avoid circling your spot, they rarely spook fish.
For heavy baiting or long term campaigns, go for larger hoppers; for shorter, mobile sessions, a medium hopper is lighter and easier to handle.
